The Blue Mosque........Istanbul, Turkey

The Blue Mosque in the morning sun To my very surprise! Many people have not heard about the Blue Mosque or Masjid Biru. In this post, I share some information on this magnificent mosque. Exterior or interior the mosque is not as blue as how the people from the West call this mosque as the “Blue Mosque”. The ‘blue’ label was associated with the more than 21,000 pieces of Iznik (Nicaea) blue tiles decorated the interior walls of the mosque especially on the main entrance.  When people mentioned about Istanbul or Turkey, the Blue Mosque will automatically emerge. After that, it changed its name once more to Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA) and thereafter ceased its operation. It was then divided into Malaysia Airlines and Singapore Airlines. Malaysia Airlines commenced operations after the airline changed its name from Malaysian Airline System (MAS) in 1987.  Why support MH? What are the best reasons to support a local company? MH is a brand to believe in and reputable, please see SKYTRAX recommendation. MH treat its employees quite well and MOST of them are Malaysian citizens......so it supports the economy of local population. MH cabin crews have won many awards. My limited experiences flying with more the ten other airlines tell me that MH cabin environment and crew attitude were the best! As such, the support to MH not only based on the reason that the company is local but al
